New Readers Tonsured on the Patronal Feast Day of St. Martin the Merciful Church, Corvallis, Oregon

On Friday and Saturday, October 25 & 26, 2019, St. Martin the Merciful Church in Corvallis, Oregon celebrated its parish feast day.  His Eminence Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America presided.

Six priests and two deacons served, and a large number of faithful from the parishes of the Willamette Valley attended the festivities.

Prior to the Liturgy, Theodore Baglien and Blaise (Brendan) Prince were tonsured as Readers.  Reader Christian Watts was awarded the right to wear the orarion.
